Artillery, 6th Division, Army of the Ohio, to September 1862. 21st Brigade, 6th Division, II Corps, Army of the Ohio, to November 1862. 2nd Brigade, 1st Division, Left Wing, XIV Corps, Army of the Cumberland, to January 1863. Artillery, 1st Division, XXI Corps, Army of the Cumberland, to October 1863. Artillery, 2nd Division, IV Corps, Army of the Cumberland, to March 1864. Garrison Artillery, Chattanooga, Tennessee, Department of the Cumberland, to April 1864. Unattached Artillery, Department of the Cumberland, to August 1864. District of North Alabama, Department of the Cumberland, to July 1865. The 10th Indiana Battery Light Artillery mustered out of service at Indianapolis on July 10, 1865.
